The spandex makes it a real tight fit I'd suggest you size up a bit if you dont want it to fit too tight im usually a S but I feel like a M would've been fine too.

The bottom of the suit is very long very loose and the crotch is very wide. I’m a 32 DD size 00 5’4 23 inch waist have a long torso.
